Casual Retail Sales Assistant – Victoria Point

About the role

Join Resmed as a Casual Retail Sales Assistant (Sleep Coach) in Victoria Point, QLD. You will support customers on their sleep therapy journey, providing education, troubleshooting, and sales assistance in a friendly retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to in‑store and phone enquiries, helping customers with therapy and equipment issues.
• Fit customers for masks, recommend suitable options, and provide set‑up and ongoing education.
• Drive sales of new or additional services and conduct phone‑based follow‑ups on trials.
• Maintain clinic presentation, process payments, and handle administrative duties.
• Manage trial and sales stock, including inventory control and re‑ordering.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer service, retail or healthcare.
• Warm, caring approach with strong communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure, work autonomously and collaboratively.
• Reliability, honesty and a strong work ethic.
