About the role
Join ResMed as a Sleep Coach and help customers on their health journey. This casual position offers full training and the chance to combine customer service with healthcare support.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to in‑store and phone enquiries, troubleshoot therapy and equipment issues.
- Fit customers for masks, provide education on safe equipment use, and drive sales of services.
- Maintain clinic presentation, process payments, manage inventory and trial stock.
Required profile
- Previous experience in customer service, retail or healthcare.
- Warm, caring approach with strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively, reliable and honest.
