Pharmacist – Retail Pharmacy (Wollongong Central)

About the role

This full‑time pharmacist position is based in the Wollongong Central store of Chemist Warehouse, Australia’s largest retail pharmacy group. You will deliver comprehensive patient care while supporting a busy retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day store, dispensary and team operations.
• Provide professional patient counselling and complete care solutions.
• Accurately dispense prescriptions using the MyScripts system.
• Supervise interns, student pharmacists and dispensary assistants.
• Oversee dispensary inventory management and order processing.
• Support and develop new business strategies.

Required profile

• Current AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and organisational abilities.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Dedicated work ethic and ability to work well within a team.
• Solid business acumen and attention to detail.
• Willingness to undergo a satisfactory National Criminal History Check.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the MyScripts dispensing software.
