Clinical Provider (Wollongong)

About the role

Intellect, a global mental health tech company, is expanding its EAP provider network in Australia. We are looking for qualified counsellors and clinical psychologists to deliver telehealth and onsite coaching, counselling, or therapy‑style consultations for employees of diverse organisations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 telehealth and/or onsite coaching, counselling, or therapy‑style consultations, offering general advice only.
• Deliver the Critical Incident Stress Programme (CISP) virtually or onsite as needed.
• Facilitate webinars and in‑person seminars (optional).
• Support employees with wellbeing, stress, and resilience.
• Collaborate with Intellect’s internal clinical team to improve EAP programs.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Counselling, Counselling Psychology, Social Work or Clinical Psychology (APAC‑accredited).
• Active registration with ACA, PACFA, AASW or AHPRA (Psychology Board of Australia).
• 1–3 years of supervised counselling or clinical practice (internship counts).
• Preferred experience with First Nations communities, managerial coaching, or EAP workplace counselling.
• Willingness to obtain Police Check/Working With Children Check and Medicare provider number if required.
