Pharmacist – Retail Pharmacy Role

About the role

Join Australia’s largest retail pharmacy group as a Pharmacist in Nowra. You will deliver complete patient care, provide professional counselling and ensure accurate dispensing in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily store, dispensary and team operations.
• Provide professional patient counselling and complete care solutions.
• Accurately dispense prescriptions using MyScripts.
• Supervise interns, student pharmacists and dispensary assistants.
• Handle inventory management, order processing and support new business strategies.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in a pharmacy or retail setting.
• Current AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and organisational abilities.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to undergo a satisfactory National Criminal History Check.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MyScripts dispensing software.
