Pharmaceutical Sales Representative

About the role

This position is based in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs and focuses on a defined territory. You will join a collaborative territory team to drive growth of a leading pharmaceutical portfolio while building trusted relationships with general practitioners.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a small, defined territory in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs.
• Work closely with the territory team to achieve shared sales targets.
• Develop and maintain relationships with GPs to improve patient outcomes.
• Promote prescription medicines and meet sales and activity objectives.
• Become the go‑to expert in your therapeutic area.
• Collaborate with territory and state colleagues for shared success.
• Travel regionally approximately one week every six weeks.

Required profile

• Degree in a science, health, or business discipline.
• Previous pharmaceutical sales experience is desired but not essential.
• Demonstrated success in sales or other achievement‑driven environments.
• Strong communication skills, resilience, and determination.
• Genuine interest in healthcare and pharmaceutical sales.
• Team player and collaborator.
