About the role

Ultimate Performance (UP) is seeking passionate Personal Trainers to join its Sydney team in Chatswood. You will deliver the UP Method – a data‑driven, science‑based training system – helping clients achieve measurable transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Coach clients using the UP Method, delivering personalised training and nutrition guidance.
• Track client progress with data and adjust programmes to maximise results.
• Maintain a high‑standard, professional environment in the gym.
• Participate in ongoing training, mentoring and development programmes.

Required profile

• Certificate IV in Personal Training (or equivalent).
• Legal right to work in Australia (citizenship or permanent residency).
• Strong passion for transforming lives and a growth‑mindset.
• Commitment to delivering results and continuous personal development.

Required skills

• Certificate IV Personal Training (or equivalent qualification).
