About the role
We are seeking a highly capable Personal Assistant to provide dedicated support to senior investment professionals in our Sydney office. This role offers exposure to a dynamic investment banking environment and requires a proactive, detail‑oriented individual who can operate with autonomy and discretion.
Key responsibilities
- Executive support including complex diary management across multiple time zones.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, conference calls, and client interactions.
- Screen calls, handle correspondence, and draft documents.
- Prepare and format presentations, reports, and Excel documents.
- Liaise with global assistants and support visiting executives.
- Manage extensive domestic and international travel arrangements, itineraries, visas, and expense processing.
- Maintain filing systems, organise client events, and support onboarding of new hires.
- Provide cover for other assistants and reception as needed.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant supporting senior executives, preferably in investment banking or a high‑performance corporate setting.
- Exceptional organisational and prioritisation abilities with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of discretion, confidentiality, and resilience under pressure.
Required skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
