Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with national clients across multiple sectors.
• Source, assess and present candidates, delivering more than just CV shortlists.
• Collaborate with senior leaders for training, coaching and performance guidance.
• Contribute to business growth through cross‑selling and national recruitment opportunities.

Required profile

• Driven, curious and commercially minded with a focus on outcomes.
• Strong communication and influencing abilities.
• Resilient, proactive and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Interest in building a long‑term career in recruitment or related sales/business development roles.

Required skills

• Experience in recruitment, sales, business development or account management (preferred but not mandatory).
• Confident client and candidate engagement with relationship‑building capabilities.
