Performance Strategy Manager – Perth

About the role

Partners in Performance, part of Accenture, is seeking a Performance Strategy Manager to join its Perth team. You will work within the Performance Strategy Consulting practice, helping clients solve complex business challenges and drive lasting impact across the ANZ region.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end consulting engagements for a diverse portfolio of clients.
• Manage and mentor a team of Senior Associates, Associates and Business Analysts.
• Deliver business‑improvement, strategic sourcing, capital‑portfolio optimisation and commercial due‑diligence projects.
• Collaborate closely with senior client stakeholders to influence decisions and improve frontline performance.
• Ensure high‑quality delivery, client satisfaction and knowledge transfer throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Consulting experience within a top‑tier (T1) strategy firm.
• Outstanding academic record.
• Strong logical and analytical capabilities.
• Proven ability to solve complex commercial problems and deliver tangible results.
