Performance Manager

About the role

As a Performance Manager at Nunn Media you will lead the planning, execution and optimisation of paid search, paid social and programmatic campaigns, ensuring integration with other channels to deliver collaborative strategies for major clients.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee seamless implementation of biddable media (search, social, programmatic) for a major client.
• Support the Digital Director and cross‑functional team in planning digital campaigns across multiple clients.
• Develop and present data‑led, ROI‑focused recommendations aligned with client objectives.
• Work with media partners to plan, negotiate and book campaign activity, including technical implementation of tracking and site pixels.
• Provide regular campaign reporting, insights and trends, and oversee quality control from set‑up to post‑campaign analysis.
• Share learnings with the wider team and support team development through coaching and training.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of the digital media landscape, both direct and biddable.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to self‑manage priorities across multiple clients with an analytical mindset.
• Proven experience mentoring, managing and growing capability within a team.
