Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

Undeniable Mentoring is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join its fast‑growing team in Melbourne. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be hands‑on across paid advertising, lead generation, funnels, CRM, creative production and social media, turning attention into qualified leads and new clients.

Key responsibilities

• Build, launch and optimise Meta campaigns on Instagram and Facebook, testing audiences, hooks and creative formats.
• Create and produce marketing content including static ads, short‑form video, carousels and B‑roll using tools such as Canva and CapCut.
• Support the design and optimisation of landing pages, lead magnets and nurture journeys, and improve lead management within CRM systems.
• Contribute to social media strategy, identify trends and repurpose content across organic and paid channels.
• Analyse campaign and funnel performance, focusing on lead quality, conversion rates and customer acquisition cost.
• Assist with live workshops and client education, explaining marketing concepts in a practical way.

Required profile

• Ambitious and commercially minded with a strong interest in digital marketing.
• Experience or solid foundation in paid social, lead generation or performance marketing.
• Comfortable appearing in and editing video content when required.
• Strong communication skills and confidence working closely with a founder and broader team.
