Performance Creative Strategist

About the role

We are looking for a Performance Creative Strategist to build a high‑velocity creative machine that consistently produces winning ads. You will work directly with the founders, video editors and content team to scale profitable paid‑media creative for our D2C acne and gut‑health brand.

Key responsibilities

• Develop high‑converting creative strategies for Meta and TikTok.
• Identify customer pain points, objections, desires and emotional triggers.
• Design creative testing roadmaps and write hooks, angles, concepts and ad scripts.
• Review performance data, extract insights and translate them into new creative ideas.
• Study competitors, uncover missed opportunities and brief creators.
• Collaborate with video editors and founders to bring concepts to life.
• Continuously improve the quality and efficiency of creative output.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in a similar D2C e‑commerce role.
• Proven portfolio of winning creatives with measurable results.
• Deep understanding of direct‑response marketing and consumer psychology.
• Strong copywriting ability for ads.
• Experience analysing ad performance data.
• Hands‑on experience with Meta and TikTok creative production.
