About the role
Buildcorp is seeking a People Services Manager to lead the operational engine of its People & Culture function. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will oversee remuneration, employee relations, compliance, HR systems, data analytics and a team.
Key responsibilities
- Remuneration and reward management
- Employee and industrial relations oversight
- Compliance with HR legislation and enterprise agreements
- HR systems governance and optimisation
- Workforce data analytics and reporting
- Leadership and development of the People Services team
Required profile
- Senior HR operations or People Services experience in a multi‑site, project‑based environment
- Proven track record with HRIS implementation, payroll administration and industrial relations
- Experience in construction, engineering or infrastructure sectors, interpreting awards and enterprise agreements
- Strong analytical and commercial mindset with ability to turn data into actionable insights
- Demonstrated people‑leadership skills, building high‑performing teams and partnering with senior executives
