About the role

Heidelberg Materials Australia is looking for a highly analytical People & Culture Analyst to enhance people systems, workforce reporting and data governance. You will work across Workday, SAP, Power BI and related platforms to turn workforce data into strategic insights.

Key responsibilities

Design, develop and maintain workforce dashboards and automated reporting solutions using Workday Reporting, Excel and Power BI.
Act as functional expert for Workday and SAP HR data structures, supporting system releases, testing and change management.
Maintain data standards, conduct audits, ensure compliance with privacy legislation and improve data quality.

Required profile

3+ years of experience in People Analytics, HRIS, workforce planning or business intelligence.
Strong analytical mindset with ability to communicate technical findings to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Workday Reporting and Calculated Fields
SAP HR reporting
Power BI
Microsoft Excel (Power Query, Pivot Tables, advanced formulas)
DAX formulas
SQL (desirable)
ETL and data modelling concepts
