Part‑Time Floor Manager – 20 hrs/week (3‑month contract)

About the role

As a Floor Manager at COS in Martin Place, you will lead a passionate team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive store performance. This is a 3‑month contract position working 20 hours per week on‑site.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑level customer service through expert styling advice and strong product knowledge.
• Analyse sales data with the Store Manager to maximise department performance.
• Lead, motivate and coach a team of Sales Advisors to meet service and presentation standards.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and training of new team members.
• Identify and develop future talent, contributing to individual development plans.
• Oversee daily store operations, ensuring efficiency and brand‑standard compliance.
• Act as a brand ambassador, providing a memorable experience for every customer.
• Step into the Store Manager role when required to maintain continuity.

• Strong product enthusiasm and ability to share it confidently.
• Open to feedback, eager to learn and develop professionally.
• Excellent communication skills, both with customers and team members.
• Proven team‑leadership experience in fast‑paced retail environments.
• Analytical mindset with understanding of key retail KPIs.
• Adaptable, flexible and reliable for varied hours including evenings and weekends.
• Fluent English for effective communication.
