Partnership Manager

About the role

As a Partnership Manager at atWork Australia, you will work with national employers to build sustainable recruitment partnerships that deliver positive outcomes for both businesses and job seekers. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping employers attract diverse talent while creating meaningful employment pathways for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage strategic relationships with major employers.
• Identify and create high‑volume employment opportunities.
• Design and deliver innovative workforce solutions.
• Co‑design inclusive recruitment programmes and hiring pathways.
• Support interviews, placements and onboarding activities.
• Analyse employer recruitment processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver sustainable employment outcomes.
• Monitor partnership performance and achieve agreed KPIs.

Required profile

• Experience in account management, partnerships, recruitment, sales or business development.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship‑building skills.
• Commercial acumen and a results‑focused mindset.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work autonomously while managing multiple priorities.
• Confidence engaging with stakeholders across a range of industries.
• Current Australian driver licence.
