Part-Time Finance Manager

About the role

Whistle Clean, a Melbourne-based cleaning services company founded in 2014, is looking for a part-time Finance Manager to lead the finance team and support executive decision-making. The role is based at home, requires Australian working hours and holidays, and is available three days per week between 9 am and 5 pm Melbourne time.

Key responsibilities

• Manage financial operations and provide strategic insights to ensure the organisation's financial stability and growth
• Lead the finance team and make strategic financial decisions
• Carry out financial analysis and reporting
• Oversee payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable and subcontractor payments
• Take part in strategy, business planning and implementation, process management and IT security and privacy matters

Required profile

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance and in a leadership role
• Australian working hours and holidays; availability 9 am to 5 pm Melbourne time, 3 days per week
• Ability to be responsive and accessible during working hours
• Applicants must complete the application form and the DISC personality test to be considered
