Accounts Payable Officer

About the role

Equip Super, a profit-to-member industry superannuation fund headquartered in Melbourne, is hiring an Accounts Payable Officer in Melbourne (Bourke St). You will play an important role in ensuring the smooth and accurate processing of supplier payments, working closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors. The role is fixed term, ending in June 2027, and the employer is open to discussing a part-time arrangement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounts payable activities

Required profile

• Previous experience in an Accounts Payable or similar role
• Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and financial controls
• Collaborative, detail-oriented and proactive, with a continuous improvement mindset
