Paid Marketing Specialist

About the role

TripleN Business Solutions is seeking an experienced Paid Marketing Specialist to lead digital campaigns for multiple automotive brands across Australia. You will work in a fast‑paced environment, collaborating with creative, content and account teams to deliver measurable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for several client accounts.
• Create, manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns (Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube, Demand Gen).
• Plan and run Meta advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.
• Monitor performance, optimise for leads, conversions and ROI, and manage advertising budgets.
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting and competitor analysis.
• Set up and maintain conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4.
• Produce performance reports with actionable insights.
• Collaborate with designers, content creators and project coordinators.
• Stay current with digital marketing trends, AI tools and platform updates.
• Assist with landing‑page optimisation and conversion‑rate improvements.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience managing digital marketing campaigns.
• Strong experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.
• Proven ability to generate measurable results and optimise ROI.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills in English.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and able to work independently and within a team.
• Relevant certifications (Google Ads, Meta Blueprint) and experience in the automotive sector are preferred.
