OutSystems Application Developer – Sydney

About the role

As an OutSystems Developer you will design, develop and maintain enterprise‑grade applications while keeping the OutSystems platform secure, optimised and up to date. Working in an Agile environment you will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality digital solutions that drive business growth and improve customer outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and unit test OutSystems applications
• Build new features and enhance existing platform capabilities
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement fixes as required
• Deploy changes to production following ITIL change‑management processes
• Collaborate within Agile squads to achieve sprint objectives
• Support platform upgrades, maintenance and performance optimisation
• Contribute to application health initiatives and technical‑debt management

Required profile

• 5+ years of OutSystems development experience
• Strong hands‑on experience with OutSystems O11 and ODC
• Experience with OutSystems BPT and/or Case Management Framework
• Hands‑on experience using AI Mentor and managing application health and technical debt
• Strong SQL Server skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Collaborative mindset with confidence to contribute ideas in an Agile setting
