Advisor - Data Management

About the role

ANZ is seeking an Advisor – Data Management to support its Organisation Design & Implementation (OD&I) team. The role will help implement and maintain data governance, quality and automation initiatives that underpin workforce transformation projects.

Key responsibilities

• Support the implementation and maintenance of OD&I data governance standards, controls and ways of working.
• Monitor data quality, identify issues or anomalies and coordinate remediation actions.
• Maintain and improve OD&I data templates, trackers, reporting tools and operational artefacts.
• Partner with the Lead – Data Management, Process Engineer, service owners and practitioners to embed data management improvements.
• Support delivery of data optimisation and automation initiatives, including documenting requirements, coordinating testing and validating outcomes.
• Develop process documentation, training materials and user resources to promote adoption of data management practices.
• Assist rollout activities for new data practices and automation tools, including training and user support.

Required profile

• Permanent full‑time role based in Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
