Technical Delivery Manager – Melbourne

About the role

Infosys is seeking a Technical Delivery Manager to lead delivery of high‑visibility customer journeys within the My Optus App portfolio. The role combines product ownership, business analysis and platform‑operations responsibilities to ensure features move from build to a stable, supportable live state.

Key responsibilities

• Drive end‑to‑end delivery for the My Optus App (MOA) portfolio, including Service Tab, NBN Assist and Fixed flows.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog, translating complex business needs into clear requirements.
• Manage release governance, environment stability, defect handling and production readiness.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless feature rollout.
• Maintain operational health of the platform and support post‑release stability.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst with a strong platform‑operations focus.
• Background in delivering digital products for telecom or related technology sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to work across product ownership, analysis and operations disciplines.
• Strong stakeholder management and analytical skills.
