About the role
KPay, a leading fintech platform serving thousands of merchants across Asia‑Pacific, is looking for an Outbound Sales Representative to drive new business through proactive outreach. You will contact small‑ and medium‑size enterprise owners, introduce KPay’s payment solutions and generate qualified leads for the field sales team.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound cold calls to SME owners to present KPay’s payment solutions.
- Qualify prospects and schedule appointments for field sales representatives.
- Communicate KPay’s value proposition clearly across various industries.
- Maintain accurate call logs, lead status and meeting outcomes in the CRM.
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly targets for calls, leads and booked meetings.
- Follow up on warm leads from marketing campaigns and inbound inquiries when applicable.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in telesales or hard‑selling roles, preferably targeting SMEs.
- Strong verbal communication and persuasive phone presence.
- Resilient and persistent, able to handle objections and rejection professionally.
- Goal‑oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs.
- Organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage a lead pipeline consistently.
- Basic computer literacy and experience using CRM or lead‑tracking tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with field sales and marketing teams.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
