Outbound Sales and Customer Service Representative

About the role

Oliveri, part of the Fletcher Building group and a trusted name in Australian kitchens and home solutions, is looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused Outbound Sales and Customer Service Representative for its Water Filters Australia team at Regency Park, Adelaide. The role works with an established customer base, so no cold calling is required.

Key responsibilities

• Make proactive outbound calls to existing customers to renew water filter cartridge subscriptions and generate repeat sales, and re-engage dormant customers.
• Build rapport, handle objections and turn customer conversations into sales.
• Handle inbound enquiries by phone and email, answering product questions, orders, subscriptions, delivery updates and after-sales service.
• Process orders, quotes, subscription renewals, returns and credits accurately.
• Support the offshore customer service team with local guidance and on-the-ground connection.

Required profile

• Ideally previous experience in outbound sales, telesales, telemarketing or a phone-based customer service role.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
• Able to spot sales opportunities, overcome objections and close sales; customer service experience is also welcome.
• Customer-first mindset, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
