Order Processing and Customer Service Officer

About the role

Bio-Excel is a leading provider of high‑technology medical devices for coronary, peripheral, vascular and neurological interventions. The Order Processing and Customer Service Officer will join the Operations team to ensure accurate order handling, timely delivery and high‑quality support for our customers across Australia and New Zealand.

Key responsibilities

• Process daily orders, verifying items, pricing and delivery addresses.
• Coordinate freight pick‑ups for time‑sensitive and overnight shipments.
• Monitor and respond to customer service emails and queries promptly.
• Answer inbound communications from internal and external customers, providing research‑based solutions.
• Reconcile monthly consignment and boot stock, working with the sales team to resolve discrepancies.
• Manage inventory transfers and stock movements within SAP bin locations.
• Raise RGA and customer purchase return requests, securing approvals and ensuring swift resolution.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills for internal and external stakeholder interaction.
• Proactive problem‑solving attitude with a customer‑focused mindset.
• Ability to learn product range and pricing structures quickly.
