Oracle HCM Business Analyst

About the role

An experienced Oracle HCM Business Analyst is sought to join a Melbourne-based superannuation organisation supporting its ongoing HR technology transformation and system optimisation. The role focuses on Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, working closely with HR, Payroll, Technology and business stakeholders to gather requirements, improve business processes and support system enhancements and integrations.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements and facilitate workshops
• Map current and future-state processes and develop functional specifications
• Support system testing, UAT, defect management, go-live activities and post-implementation improvements
• Work across Oracle HCM system configurations, integrations, data migration and interfaces with third-party HR and payroll platforms

Required profile

• Strong business analysis experience across Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, including implementations, enhancements, integrations and system optimisation
• Functional understanding of Oracle HCM modules, particularly Core HR, Payroll, Recruitment, Absence Management, Performance Management and Learning Management
• Experience supporting system testing, UAT, defect management, go-live and post-implementation work
• Previous experience in Superannuation or Financial Services is highly regarded
