About the role

Lawson Delaney, part of the Lawson HR Group, is recruiting an experienced Senior Consultant to take on an established qualified accounting desk. The desk has long-standing client relationships and a referral network that already flows, within a brand known and trusted by qualified accounting candidates and clients in Melbourne.

Required profile

• Proven recruiter with agency experience in qualified accounting or an adjacent finance market
• Has run their own desk and can explain their billings, market and how they built their client base
• Comfortable servicing an established desk and winning new business, with examples of clients brought in
• Treats the desk like their own business, focused on high-quality work
• Professionalism, emotional intelligence and relationship-building expertise, with the ability to build a team
