About the role
The Multicultural Centre for Women's Health (MCWH) is a national, community-based organisation led by and for women from migrant and refugee backgrounds, advocating and educating to strengthen the health, safety and leadership of migrant and refugee women and gender diverse people in Australia. It is hiring an Operations Manager for a 2-year fixed-term part-time position (0.6-0.8 FTE).
The role provides strategic leadership across operational functions, ensuring effective financial management, strong governance, regulatory compliance, organisational sustainability and continuous operational improvement, in line with the organisation's Strategic and Annual Plans.
What we offer
- Salary packaging, with a benefit of up to $15,900 per annum.
- 5 weeks annual leave for up to 5 years' service and 6 weeks thereafter.
- 3 days ex-gratia leave between Christmas and New Year's Day.
- Additional personal leave entitlements.
- Flexible working hours and the option to work under a hybrid working model.
