Operations Manager – Apparel Production & Supply Chain

About the role

Comma Football is seeking a remote Operations Manager to own and scale its production, supply chain, and operational functions. You will ensure that every product moves smoothly from factory to warehouse to the customer, supporting the brand’s fast‑growing DTC business.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end production calendar, keeping launch deadlines on track.
• Serve as the primary liaison with factory partners, handling purchase orders, schedules, sample approvals, and quality control.
• Monitor critical paths, identify production risks early, and resolve issues before they affect launches.
• Coordinate inbound shipments, freight timelines, and the flow of goods between factories, warehouses, and customers.
• Build strong relationships with warehouse and 3PL partners to ensure inventory accuracy and fulfillment performance.
• Support stock planning and inventory control to balance product availability with operational efficiency.
• Oversee customer‑service escalations related to warehouse, shipping, and fulfillment.
• Continuously review and improve operational processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in apparel production, manufacturing, or supply‑chain operations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage factory relationships and oversee logistics.
• Strong organizational skills with a focus on meeting deadlines.
• Interest in football is a plus, but not mandatory.
