Operations Coordinator

About the role

Join Konica Minolta’s Operations team as an Operations Coordinator, where you will be the central hub ensuring customers receive their multifunction devices and printers on schedule. You will collaborate with logistics partners, account managers, supply‑chain and service teams to deliver a seamless, high‑quality experience.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and coordinate deliveries to meet customer timelines.
• Confirm product availability and work with inventory teams to keep stock data accurate.
• Provide timely updates to customers and sales teams, eliminating surprises.
• Deliver exceptional customer support, resolving issues throughout the delivery process.
• Maintain accurate records in SAP, including notes, delivery confirmations and feedback.
• Collaborate with national warehouses, state workshops, logistics and service teams to streamline operations.
• Contribute ideas and participate in continuous‑improvement initiatives.
