Opening Crew - New Grill'd Restaurants (Part-Time)

About the role

Grill'd is opening two new restaurants in Brisbane: a Drive Thru in Chermside and a restaurant on Albert Street in the Brisbane CBD. It is hiring experienced team members for its opening crews, in a part-time position. The work is fast-paced and team-based, and you will learn the drive-thru operations if you have not had them before.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable guest experiences
• Work across multiple stations including dress bench, grill, chips, till and Drive Thru (Chermside)
• Prepare fresh ingredients and deliver high-quality food
• Own your station and help the team perform well each shift
• Keep the area clean, safe and running smoothly

Required profile

• Experience in QSR, hospitality or customer service is essential
• Drive Thru experience is a bonus, especially for the Chermside location
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, as a team and under pressure
• Right to work in Australia and at least 16 years old
