Casual Barista / Allrounder

About the role

The Lune Co is looking for a confident and experienced barista/allrounder to join its team across two Brisbane venues. The role suits a warm and friendly hospitality professional who loves great coffee, a dynamic and fast-paced service environment and working as part of a close-knit team.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee to Lune's standards
• Assist with front-of-house duties by managing the POS, plating and guest service
• Support teammates so that every guest feels welcome

Required profile

• At least 2 years' experience as a barista in a busy cafe or similar hospitality environment
• Flexible availability across both venues, including weekends
• Valid work rights in Australia

Required skills

• Confident use of high-end coffee equipment
• Able to thrive in high-volume service without compromising quality or guest experience
