Food & Beverage Attendant - Barback

About the role

Crystalbrook Vincent, a five-star hotel in Howard Smith Wharves, Brisbane, is looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused person with a passion for food and beverage to join its team at Fiume Rooftop Bar. The role reports to the Venue Manager and suits someone who wants to support the mixologists with barback tasks in a fast-paced cocktail bar. Weekday through weekend shifts are available.

Key responsibilities

• Support bar operations and help the mixologists run the bar smoothly
• Stock inventory and control
• Manage glassware
• Set up and close the bar
• Anticipate and respond to customer requests professionally and on time

Required profile

• Recent experience in food and beverage service in a high-end environment
• A current QLD RSA certificate
• Availability across a 5-day roster including weekends, with PM and late-night shifts required
• High standard of service, agile and energetic personality, and a guest-centred, confident attitude
