Novated End of Lease Consultant

About the role

As a Novated End of Lease Consultant you will proactively engage with employees of client organisations as their novated lease approaches expiry. You will work to retain customers by offering new leases, extensions and aftermarket products, while delivering a high‑quality customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Sell novated leases through end‑of‑lease lead sources and upsell related products.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM and report revenue on time.
• Manage customer queries, prepare quotes, retrieve documents and facilitate credit applications.
• Meet individual monthly sales budgets and contribute to team targets.
• Attend product and skill training and share knowledge with colleagues.

Required profile

• 2–3 years’ sales experience, preferably in novated leasing, motor vehicle leasing or financial services.
• Strong communication, sales and customer service abilities with a proven ability to build rapport.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and handling a high volume of customer interactions.
• Positive, resilient attitude and willingness to embrace feedback and change.
• Excellent organisation and time‑management skills to handle competing priorities.
