About the role

SensesWA is seeking an experienced, values‑aligned Non‑Executive Director to join its Board. This role will help shape the strategic direction of one of Western Australia’s most trusted disability service providers during a period of growth and innovation.

Key responsibilities

Set and monitor the organisation’s strategic direction.
Strengthen organisational performance and long‑term sustainability.
Oversee financial, clinical and operational risk management.
Provide constructive support to the CEO and Executive Leadership Team.
Uphold strong governance, integrity and values‑based leadership.

Required profile

Experience in clinical or allied‑health leadership, or senior executive roles in health/human services.
Operational leadership across multidisciplinary teams, including HR, IT and finance.
Strong commercial acumen and strategic financial literacy.
Governance, risk and compliance experience in regulated environments.
Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (preferred).
