Night Manager – Overnight Operations

About the role

AccorHotel is looking for an energetic Night Manager to oversee the overnight operation of Mercure Perth on Hay. You will ensure smooth guest services, maintain security, and support the front‑office team during the night shift.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the hotel overnight in the absence of the General Manager, including guest check‑in/out and request handling.
• Complete daily revenue audits, post adjustments, and prepare paperwork for finance and management.
• Maintain strict security procedures to protect guest confidentiality and property safety.
• Assist the Front Office Manager and General Manager with checks, balances, and occasional food & drink service in Distrikt Café.

Required profile

• Guest‑obsessed attitude with the ability to adapt quickly in a fast‑paced environment.
• Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Unrestricted Australian working rights and flexibility to work 38 hours per week.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office.
• Experience using Opera property management system.
• RSA and First Aid/CPR certification or willingness to obtain before start.
