Night Guest Services Attendant

About the role

Pullman Adelaide, a premium 5-star hotel in the Adelaide CBD and part of the Accor network, is looking for a Night Guest Services Attendant. The role is the welcoming face of the hotel during quiet hours, combining guest service with operational support to ensure a seamless overnight experience.

Key responsibilities

• Housekeeping operational support: service and clean public areas and guest rooms as required, audit vacant inspected rooms and perform cleaning duties
• Guest experience: welcome and assist guests at the entrance, handle guest baggage, coordinate guest and uniform dry-cleaning services
• Valet and transport: drive passenger vehicles, perform valet parking, post and reconcile valet charges and manage key storage
• Food and beverage: prepare and cook overnight menu orders, deliver in-room dining and provide general waiting duties
• Administrative tasks: update digital screens with daily hotel activities, enter wake-up calls and reports, assist with loyalty points reporting and reconciliation

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months' experience in a similar hospitality or customer service environment
• Fluent verbal English and strong communication skills
• Valid full driver's licence (desirable)
• RSA certification; RP highly regarded
• Australian National Police and Working with Vulnerable People clearance is mandatory for selected candidates
• Comfortable working overnight shifts

Required skills

• Computer literacy; experience with PMS systems is desirable
• First aid and CPR certification (desirable)
• Service-oriented, safety-conscious, able to work independently and multitask
