About the role
The Night Audit Duty Manager ensures smooth night operations at The Sydney Boulevard Hotel, delivering exceptional guest service and maintaining accurate financial records.
Key responsibilities
- Provide prompt, professional service to guests and handle check‑in/check‑out, mail, parcels and wake‑up calls.
- Complete night audit tasks, cash handling, system checks and handover documentation.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure room readiness and resolve guest issues.
- Maintain security procedures, key control and confidentiality throughout the shift.
Required profile
- 1‑2 years experience in front office or hotel outlets.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Excellent grooming and personal integrity.
- Ability to work flexible night hours and adapt to change.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
