New Graduate Occupational Therapist – 12‑Month Structured Program

About the role

Join a 12‑month structured graduate program designed to build competence before capacity for new occupational therapists. You will work across diverse client groups in community settings while receiving weekly supervision and protected learning time.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver assessments and interventions for paediatric, adult disability and community practice clients.
• Develop reports, NDIS documentation and functional capacity assessments under supervision.
• Participate in weekly clinical reviews, case planning and stakeholder management.

Required profile

• Completed or completing a Bachelor/Masters in Occupational Therapy and eligible for AHPRA registration.
• Strong communication, relationship‑building and a genuine passion for supporting people with disability.
• Eagerness to learn, accept feedback and continuously improve clinical practice.

Required skills

• NDIS documentation and reporting.
• Functional Capacity Assessments.
• Assistive Technology recommendations and home modifications.
