New Business Sales Manager

About the role

Ideagen is seeking a New Business Sales Manager to join its ANZ team. The role focuses on generating new business across Education, Healthcare, Aged Care and Government sectors, building strong customer relationships and delivering value through Ideagen’s SaaS solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to generate new business opportunities.
• Identify and engage prospective customers across the target sectors.
• Manage the end‑to‑end sales process, including discovery, demonstrations, proposals, negotiation and closing.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with key stakeholders and decision‑makers.
• Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting and customer information within CRM systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support successful customer acquisition and onboarding.
• Monitor market trends and provide customer and industry insights.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within regulated industries such as education, healthcare, aged care or government.
• Strong ability to develop and nurture relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven and comfortable managing a full sales cycle.
