National Sales Manager - Specialty Vaccines

About the role

GSK is looking for a passionate and experienced National Sales Manager for its specialty vaccines business unit. You will lead a team of Specialist Account Managers across Australia who drive the performance of the vaccines specialty business.

Key responsibilities

• Lead your team in developing key account plans that drive performance
• Embed an omni-channel approach to engaging with customers
• Build strong relationships with cross-functional partners to execute the strategic brand plan
• Drive a culture of leadership, sales excellence and continuous improvement
• Stay up to date on developments in the relevant therapeutic areas
• Build relationships with regulatory, medical and market access partners

Required profile

• A tertiary degree in Business, Science, Biomedical or Education
• Accomplished sales leader in the pharmaceutical space with experience implementing brand strategy
• Thorough understanding of the hospital customer landscape and commercialisation of new and existing specialty medicines
• Strong business acumen, performance diagnosis, business planning and execution
• Leadership, management and coaching skills, with a passion for developing people
• Business partnering and influencing skills, able to work across boundaries with cross-functional stakeholders
• Willingness to commit to regular national travel
