Primary Care Sales Representative (Respiratory & Vaccines)

About the role

GSK is offering 12-month contract opportunities for experienced Sales Representatives to join its Primary Care sales team in Victoria, covering east and south Victoria. You will promote key respiratory and vaccines brands, working five days a week in the field with country travel as required.

Key responsibilities

• Own and be accountable for achieving territory business objectives for promoted medicines
• Develop and execute a territory business plan aligned to brand strategy and critical success factors
• Work collaboratively with peers to drive excellent execution of day-to-day responsibilities
• Track territory performance, manage expenses and report outcomes to meet targets
• Ensure sales activities comply with industry and GSK codes for promotion and business ethics
• Live the GSK values and demonstrate behavioural expectations

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of field-based sales experience or a similar customer-facing role
• Experience engaging with healthcare professionals, ideally in primary care or hospital settings
• Tertiary qualification in business, marketing, science, pharmacology or a related field
• Full state driving licence and ability to travel across the territory five days a week, including country areas
• Demonstrated resilience, coachability and a growth mindset

Preferred: experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector, familiarity with interpreting clinical evidence, proven ability to plan territory growth, comfort with digital tools for virtual detailing and CRM, and strong stakeholder management.
