National Operations Director

About the role

A global leader in the industrial services sector, following a recent business transformation, is looking for a National Operations Director to join its ELT. Reporting to the CEO, the Director is a key member of the senior leadership team and is responsible for the overall management of all operational functions and associated administration activities. The role leads multiple teams across the country so that service delivery, installation and support run efficiently and effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Manage resources, processes and systems to meet performance, financial, safety, environmental, customer satisfaction and compliance goals.
• Lead multiple teams across the country covering service delivery, installation and support.
• Manage budgets, P&L and resource allocation.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or a related field; Master's degree or MBA desirable.
• 10+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in building services, fire protection or security.
• Proven track record managing large teams and multi-site operations.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to motivate and develop teams.

Required skills

• Financial acumen and experience managing budgets, P&L and resource allocation.
• Driving process improvements, operational efficiency and safety initiatives.
