National Account Manager – Senior Role

About the role

Kraft Heinz is seeking a Senior National Account Manager to lead the Woolworths account from its Freshwater office. The role offers a hybrid work arrangement with three days in the office and two days remote, providing a dynamic environment for career growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own the Woolworths account, driving NSV, trade investment and gross return targets.
• Build strong relationships with Woolworths category managers, heads of trade, and demand planners.
• Develop and execute joint sales and marketing plans that benefit the consumer, category and Kraft Heinz.
• Manage trade spend, optimise investment for maximum gross return, and negotiate promotional programmes.
• Lead category workshops, reviews and NPD launch plans.
• Maintain a 12‑month forecast based on scan trends and align with Woolworths demand forecasts.

Required profile

• Prior FMCG experience with a national account customer, preferably Woolworths.
• Demonstrated account or category management expertise.
• Strong negotiation and financial analysis skills.
• Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and manage time effectively.
