National Account Manager

About the role

Join Kraft Heinz as a Senior Account Manager in a hybrid work arrangement, supporting the Woolworths account and driving sales growth across key categories.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the Woolworths account, achieving NSV, trade investment and gross return targets.
• Build strong relationships with Woolworths category managers, heads of trade, and demand planners.
• Develop and execute joint sales and marketing plans that benefit the consumer, category and customer.
• Negotiate promotional programs, including deals, displays, catalogue support and retail media activation.
• Deliver insight‑led category workshops and reviews, optimizing trade spend for maximum gross return.
• Own the 12‑month forecast based on scan trends and align with Woolworths demand forecasts.

Required profile

• Prior FMCG experience with a national account customer, preferably Woolworths.
• Demonstrated account or category management knowledge.
• Strong negotiation and financial analysis skills.
• Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and manage time effectively.

Required skills

• Experience with national account management in FMCG.
• Knowledge of trade spend optimisation and forecasting.
