Growth Channels Project Manager

About the role

Join Kraft Heinz as a Growth Channels Project Manager, reporting to the Business Manager, Strategic Channels. You will be the central hub for cross‑functional coordination, driving projects for key partners such as Costco and Aldi, including innovation launches, ESG initiatives, and artwork refreshes.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver projects that support the commercial plan for Costco, Aldi and major retailers’ private label business.
• Manage the internal process for executing NPD projects for Costco and Aldi in Australia.
• Mobilise and liaise with the business around key private‑label tenders.
• Own and manage the annual marketing budget for private‑label projects.
• Develop Strategic Channels projects by aligning customer needs with company capabilities.
• Lead innovation and artwork projects through all stages, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder alignment.
• Represent the team at PMR meetings, maintain project plans, track status, and escalate issues when necessary.
• Provide visibility to R&D, Sales, and S&OP on project timelines and pipeline.

Required profile

• Strong project management experience with a focus on process design.
• Excellent collaborative and influencing skills across senior business levels.
• Ability to build consensus through strategic vision and clear communication.
• Robust organisational, analytical and critical‑thinking capabilities.
• Result‑oriented execution style with a strong process orientation.
