National Account Manager – Petrol & Convenience

About the role

The National Account Manager for Petrol & Convenience will drive volume growth, market share and profitability across key accounts in Australia. You will manage promotional programmes, forecasts and trade investment while ensuring Red Bull’s brand presence is maximised.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute national promotional programmes, provide forecasts and manage financial claims.
• Deliver monthly sales volume targets and manage account forecasts within the S&OP process.
• Drive distribution growth, achieve range and visibility targets, and define pricing strategies.
• Partner with Category Management, Finance and Brand teams to translate insights into actionable plans.
• Support state account teams with clear communication and regional briefings.

Required profile

• 5+ years of FMCG account management experience in Petrol & Convenience.
• Proven negotiation skills and ability to build mutually beneficial partnerships.
• Strong communication, influencing and presentation abilities.
• Understanding of category management, sales, marketing and financial principles.
