About the role
We are seeking a commercially minded, relationship‑driven National Account Manager to own one of our largest retail partnerships and turn big ideas into reality across Australia and New Zealand.
Key responsibilities
- Grow sales and profitability for the national account.
- Deliver new growth initiatives from concept through launch.
- Build trusted, long‑term customer partnerships.
- Identify innovative ways to improve the customer experience.
- Translate insights into actionable results and act as the voice of the customer within Krispy Kreme.
Required profile
- 5+ years’ experience in FMCG, retail or account management.
- Strong commercial, analytical and negotiation skills.
- Experience managing large customer relationships.
- Ability to influence and collaborate across multiple stakeholders.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Project‑management capability and a proactive attitude.
- Valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle for regular store visits.
