National Account Manager - Independents

About the role
A global snacking business, described as a family-led international group with a growing better-for-you range, is building its commercial team in Sydney. It is looking for a National Account Manager to lead relationships with Metcash and independent retailers. The role is based in Sydney's CBD, with four days in the office and one day working from home.
Key responsibilities
- Own the customer P&L across distribution and price, and manage all trade spend for the account
- Build plans and manage customer relationships
- Work with marketing, category and supply teams to grow the brand portfolios in Australian grocery
- Contribute to pricing, range and new product launch decisions that affect how brands appear on shelf
Required profile
- 5+ years in FMCG sales, including national account experience at Coles, Woolworths or Metcash
- Bachelor's degree is essential
- Food experience is a plus
